Shipping Information

UPS Ground shipping, is free with any order over $250.00, to all states, excluding Hawaii (for HI shipments, please email us at info@shoppadevavra.com).  All shipments require a valid signature. If you would like your jewelry shipped 2-Day or Overnight, please see the Shipping Method rates below.  Orders under $250.00 pay a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00.

We do not currently offer International shipping through our website. For International shipping or special cases, please contact us at info@shoppadevavra.com or 213-623-0000. We will try to accommodate you. All International orders are subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

7 Day Return/Exchange Policy 
We try to accurately depict our products and hope that you will enjoy your jewelry. However, you may return your unworn jewelry for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@shoppadevavra.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must appear on the outside of the box. The jewelry must be returned unworn in the same NEW condition that it was received.

All SALE or CUSTOMIZED pieces are FINAL SALE. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Repairs
If you should need a repair or replacement, please contact us for a RA# before returning the jewelry. The RA# must appear on the outside of the box. We will try to assess if there will be a repair fee before you return the merchandise. We are not responsible for buyer negligence, and the buyer is responsible for all repair or replacement fees in the case of misuse, accidents, or abuse. Please refer to the Jewelry Care section below to learn how to care for your jewelry.

Please enclose a copy of your receipt or return authorization with the reason for the return or exchange. Please make sure that we receive your contact information. Shipping and insurance fees are your responsibility. Please pack the jewelry carefully, and ship it in a BOX as envelopes do not provide enough protection.

ShopPadeVavra.com is protected with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). We use PayPal to collect payment information, and we recommend that you review their policies. Should PayPal services be unavailable, secure payment information is collected by the credit card information supplied by the customer.  ShopPadeVavra.com maintains the information that we collect from you for your convenience and for our internal use so that we may improve our service to you. We do not share your information with any third parties.

From time to time, Pade Vavra does send email messages that provide product updates that we believe may be helpful to our customers.  It is our policy to limit the humber of such emails each month, and that every email contains opt-out links and instructions as required by law.

Jewelry Care

We hope that these jewelry care tips and suggestions will help prolong the life of all of your jewelry. All jewelry shows wear over time, and we love the look of antique jewelry. Some of our pieces even have intentional oxidation or antiquing to give them a particular look.

In general, prevention is the best care. Avoid getting lotions, oils, fragrances or hairspray on your jewelry. If you use these products, apply them and let them dry before putting on your jewelry. Always remove jewelry before going into water, exercising, or going to sleep. Store your necklaces clasped and separated in plastic bags or hanging on separate hooks. It is best to store all of you jewelry in a jewelry box or pouch because even air can oxidize your jewelry. Stones can also be affected over time. Turquoise, pearl, and coral are very porous stones and you should take care because they absorb liquids and oils very easily. You should not use liquid cleaner on these stones.  

Our Pade by Pade Vavra collection is mostly 22kt gold-plated and should not be polished or dipped. This can remove the plating and oxidation. Gently wipe stones and surfaces with a clean cloth without any polishing compound.

Pade Vavra Fine Jewelry is solid gold, but depending on the stones used take care when cleaning them. The prehistoric shark teeth and all pearls are very porous and cleaners can destroy their luster. If the jewelry has a porous stone it is again best to use a clean, dry cloth. If the stones are not porous such as diamond, ruby, and emerald, you may use a fine jewelry cleaner or dip. Only use a sonic cleaner with diamond jewelry as the vibration can break more fragile stones.
